"Had the kitchen sink leak underneath and called front desk. They sent someone up to fix and it didn't take long. Tip I learned from friend, always flush the toilet and check plumbing before unpacking in case you need to change rooms. Everything in the hotel was as expected according the pictures. Pull out sofa bed made 5 fit comfortably in the room. 10-15 mins away from Diane's bath and Echo lake. Right nearby Outlets."

When I checked in, there was a payment error that required another staff member to assist. "The room was clean, but the bathroom was outdated and didn’t have grab bars, the slider doors were dated and needed new locks. Breakfast was nice with great staff. The second floor rooms were updated and nicer than first floor. Hot tub was not hot but pools and hot tub were nice and updated. Staff was great! Playground awesome. Lobby very nice. Lighting poor in rooms, outlets didn’t all work as the fridge wasn’t working in one outlet but worked in another."

"The room was updated. The bathroom was nice and modern. Ready first four room with a slider to our room. Unfortunately the 2 nights we were there. 10+ people were partying outside our room on a small grass section and slamming doors at all hrs of the night inside. We won’t be staying here."
