"The property is beautiful old vintage charm clean well kept. On a hot July month of 34-36C of outdoor activities, I was looking forward to bathe sleep refreshed. But the bedroom is maintained with a portable AC not enough to keep the room cool. I asked for an electric fan, the owner agreed to provide me but never did. We had to cut short the stay and booked with another hotel. If it wasn’t summer it wouldn't have mattered. Thank you always."

"This is the cleanest hotel I've been to in a long time. The staff are wonderful. They do leave you alone to enjoy your vacation while keeping the place running perfectly."

"I have to say, though, the customer service at the hotel has been disappointing. I had to walk over to Manteo to find someone at the front desk because no one was answering, and the number provided for “immediate assistance” wasn’t being monitored. For the price of this hotel, I expected a much higher level of service. Pool service was not the best either, had to wait long for fries that arrived cold."

"The property was close to everything in Kelowna and the price was right… 5-10min drive to downtown and all the amenities in that area. The Residences are a 5min walk from groceries and restaurants as well. Room was perfect for my wife and i and plenty of parking. Staff were fantastic, very helpful and friendly. "Paid $300 for the room and this is what we got. The unit was on an end (304) and the ceiling was dipped down to about 5' just passed the end of the bed. If you were rounding the end of the bed and didn't stay close to the end of the bed you could hit your head on the ceiling which I DID. Ended up with a goose egg the next day. The bathroom was from the 1960's. The grout in the bathroom shower were shades of white to dark brown. The shower head was immovable and pointed straight down with a...

"Very basic. The best thing about this place is the location. Close to many things for your visit to Kelowna. The staff is friendly. Decent back patio. The interior can use some updates and more attention to detail for cleanliness. The bathrooms can use a more pleasing update as well. I didn’t want to touch anything or leave my stuff touching anything. Beds were adequate."

"Room was comfortable, outside patio great, breakfast was fabulous (best omelet I have ever eaten!) But no TV in rooms or in common area???? This is fine in a wilderness retreat where the objective is to get away from it all, but in a suburban setting? What moral message is the owner trying to convey? Lack of this basic amenity spoiled what was otherwise a great experience."
