"This is a complete unmanned/self-service hotel. If you don't have enough strength and persistence to walk up ~40 stairs with 20 kg luggage, don't choose this. Another impressive thing is that the stove top was packed in a box and placed on the top of the microwave (close to the ceiling). So, the only way of cooking in the room is by using microwave, in the perfect-looking kitchen! I understand that cooking with stove top may cause cleaning difficulties, but a great accommodation is not evaluated...

"Small quiet apartment in a building on the Plateau. Great area, very cute. Appears recently renovated and recent appliances. Great to have a washer in your suite so you can pack in carry on bag! All kinds of shops and restaurants close by!"

"Terrible experience. Locked out of room four times. Code had to be changed four times. Each time had to get a new code. Climbing three flights of stairs to find I am locked out of room. No one on site to help.
Have to call someone for help. Help is short lived. New code does not last long. And I am locked out again. Only stayed here 2 nights. It was 2 nights of hell. I was exhausted at the end of this.
No one made any offer to make this right. The basics of paying for a room that I did not get....
