"Place was just ok for a couple night stay. You have to go to another loction to pick up and drop off key. Staff there were friendly. Not to far away, within walking distance. Couple blocks away from waterfront area. Bed was ok, couch to sit on was not very good. Room was roomy. Shower flow for hot water was not very good. There is a decent size outdoor sitting area. You will hear noise. I don't think I would stay here again."

"The hotel is newer and very maintained. Austin at valet was very polite and helpful in telling us hints about Shackleford Island. Rachel (bartender) and Sharon (front desk) were so polite and when we requested the pack n play it arrived within 5 minutes with clean sheets. Everyone we met at the hotel was friendly. The breakfast has a variety of food to please even the picky eaters."

"The rooms are clean and the grounds seem to be well kept...other then that my stay was horrible. The location is weird and the property owner is not at all professional or customer service friendly. I should have left when I first got to the place because while I was checking in the property owner was reading off a clipboard full of his personal rules while staying at the property... It was overwhelming and very unrealistic and so uncomfortableb but I understand that was his place and he had rules he wanted followed . I "
