"The shower and bathroom were not cleaned prior to our arrival. The staff took care of it after I called and let them know unfortunately after I was in the shower. Housekeeping came right away to clean the whole room."

"We stayed here for one night for an early morning visit to Brewster Academy. The property looks like is was well kept. The last working the evening shift was really nice and helpful checking us in. The lady working the front desk in the morning was very rude. We asked for late checkout to allow our son the opportunity to come back and shower after his visit to Brewster Academy, but she was not accommodating at all despite the hotel not being at capacity. "What a wonderful boutique hotel! The rooms are clean and many rooms have a mountain theme. Their lobby store is wonderful! So many cute things and all local to New Hampshire! The restaurant in the hotel is amazing. Highly recommend the Common Man!"
