"This was listed as a Radisson 3-star Hotel in downtown Denver and turned out to be the Plaza hotel which was not a three-star hotel it was something that should not be open. Parking was abysmal and I'm disabled so the property was terrible for me and there's no one to help. I was originally put on the third floor instead of the first one when I was also traveling on escorted except for a pitbull who was supposed to be welcome there but there was no pet area and it was dangerous. "The staff were nice. Breakfast was ok, not great. Pool was well maintained. Rooms were clean, tha air conditioning was set to 45 degrees so the room was pretty cold when we got there. But that was likely set by previous occupant. The only complaint is the 15$ parking fee. Am I supposed to park at the mall across the street? Include the parking in the room price instead of using hidden fees."

"Our room didn't have air. The people next door to us were so loud (after 11pm). When we approached the front desk, they acted like we were lying about the noise. Said there were no other rooms available. Eventually they changed our room at midnight. It was ridiculous. The pool room is tiny. Not a good experience."

"We liked the room and bathroom! They were nice and clean and had plenty of supplies we needed. The food was good because we had several places within the hotel to get food to eat. The staff was very helpful and the parking was very good and safe for car. This was a GREAT place for us to stay!"
