"Accommodation rooms could do with a bit of a makeover. Could do with more tea, coffee and milk sachets and a biscuit in rooms."

"Stayed in a superior pod, very contemporary, comfortable, clean, and well insulated from the weather with lovely views of the loch and mountains. Not much in the immediate area food wise (would need to drive to Balloch for any alternative dining options) but the food at Oaktree was lovely, tasty and filling. Good choice of whisky too."

I asked about check-out time and was told it is strictly 11:00 AM, and even being 5 minutes late would result in a £20 charge. "Disappointing stay - room window was taped shut with duct tape. I asked for a ‘nice room’ wasn’t expecting anything fantastic, just a nice room with no duct tape on the windows. "

"Had two visits to the pool and hot tubs and these were busy but amazing. The rooms were clean, tidy and well stocked. Stag were very friendly and helpful and even gave us a free warmed chocolate cookie. Worth every penny "
