"The rooms were too dusty and the mattress was old. They could at least get mattress covers that actually work without coming off. Good and quiet location. The aor conditioning wasn't working but I got fixed later. We asked for a fak as alternative and for given a dusty one that made me sick. More can be done to ensure they get the best value out of the rooms."

"I'll be honest, I chose The Burrand because it was the cheapest thing I could find for a one-night stay before a cruise. It is in a very convenient location and it is neat and clean, no frills. But it was an old motor lodge so the rooms, lobby and elevator are small. The doors open to the outdoors to an enclosed courtyard with parking below."

"The Quality Inn is a great location in Vancouver, good neighborhood near to transit, lots of restaurants, supermarkets and cafes. It's a walking distance from the waterfront in a residential area. The staff is nice and very helpful, as we were staying for 3 nights they gave us a complimentary upgrade to a suite which made our stay even better. Highly recommended stay in Vancouver"

"The rooms are noisy because the doors are not sealed well. The hallways are tile and do not dampen sound like carpet would, so when the heavy doors are shut, it reverberates loudly. Bring earplugs if you don’t want to wake up to jarring noise of doors slamming all night. The property is pretty run down with lots of wear and stains. It’s hard to tell if all the stains are permanent or if some of it is just grime that could be cleaned. It certainly didn’t feel clean."

"The hotel is several different buildings connected to look like one building, but some of the floors do not line up. Some floors have random stairs in the corridor. Ask about stairs if you have heavy bags."
