This is an hotel with newly renovated rooms so everything is really nice and high tech. But not sure about the bidet toilet seat LOL. We were at the top floor on the harbour side so we had a nice view. Only thing was that the a/c was pretty noisy if running and we can clearly hear the elevator running from our room. We even sleep with a portable noise machine and we can still hear the elevator. And the elevator was not that close. Our room was separated by an emergency stairwell. Since each floor don’t seem to have many rooms, I just wondered if you can hear the elevator from any rooms? I did not ask at the front desk but will have like to get a feedback on that. The few times we needed some info, the concierge don’t seem to be there so we have to rely on the front desk for info. The front desk was somewhat helpful except that one time we ask if there was bathrooms on the seawall walk at Stanley Park. We got told that we are better to go before we go. But we found many bathrooms on the walk and Google was probably more useful. The main restaurant was close for renovations but they were still offering buffet breakfast on one of the floor. Breakfast was great but too expensive like anything in Vancouver LOL.
