"The hotel was clean and resort like. The pool area was nice and clean. It is very kid friendly with a nice playground nearby. The room was small but clean and updated. The staff was friendly and helpful. The WiFi was good. The laundry room was neat and clean. The hallway was hot because it was open on the ends to outside airflow. The hotel was about a 15 minute walk to the beach. The free breakfast was really good and had great options."

"My husband and I have stayed here 3 years in a row for our wedding anniversary and my birthday. Staff are so friendly yet professional. The property is always immaculately clean and we always have the best time. We love going to the ocean and then coming back to relax by the pool and have a cold drink. The vibes here are great and we can’t wait to be back next year!"

"Our first time to Hilton Head Island and the hotel and staff were wonderful. You have about a 4-5 minute walk to the beach. The restaurant had good food and great staff. During our stay Andrew at the front desk was fantastic and helped us tremendously. I would definitely stay here again."

"The rental was nearly perfect for our family get away. We had a toddler and two infants, and as you can imagine, three bedrooms were great! We even had up to six adults and an additional two kids over for the day and we did not feel cramped at all. The location was excellent - a half mile from the beach, close to shopping and a children's museum. We didn't have to put the kids in the car the entire stay. The pool was clean and truly great for our family. The babies even napped poolside a bit. We didn't participate on the resort activities, but the check in process was smooth and we were able to easily enter our room. My complaints are somewhat minor and has to do with cleanliness - the master bathroom ceiling had mold and the baseboards and nooks and crannies were in need of better dusting. We did have some trouble with the dining table since the chairs didn't actually fit the table, but again very minor. The guest service was excellent and all instructions were super clear starting at booking. Final thought - WE WILL BOOK AGAIN!!"
