Room was small but clean and had everything I needed. In room amenity - soap, platoon etc were of high quality, I was very pleased with the value I got for the hotel."

"Terrible experience. The room was disgsuting and had staples holding the walls together in the bathroom, tons of dust in corners and broken furniture. I was charged $40 a day for amenities. Those amenities include a “gym” (a treadmill, a bike, and a dumbbell rack that is missing 40% of the dumbbells and the dumbbells that ARE there have broken handles and grips). They have a rooftop that is FINE. So essentially we paid $120 for water bottles which seems outrageous. Staff would not accommodate...

"Our room was clean and comfortable, well designed, and quiet. Air conditioning works great, and having a mini fridge really helps in the summertime. Staff were helpful in 2) holding our bags prior to check in, and b) booking us a car to the airport. Located within a short walk to multiple must-sees like the freedom tower, Oculus shopping center, Brooklyn Bridge, South Street Seaport, and Pier 11 where you can take a scenice ferry ride to Dumbo, Brooklyn for the absolute best views of the city!"

"For the location and the ambiance, you can't beat this hotel. Fantastic location right next to Columbus circle across from the Lincoln Center. Amazing spot. The pool on the roof is smaller than expected but absolutely gorgeous and the views are without comparison. Our room, however, left much to be desired. It is understandable that most New York City hotel rooms are on the smaller side in my experience, but this was smaller than I expected. And on an extremely hot day, even with the air...
