"Good location in middle of an area bustling with people, locals and tourists. The area near the old harbor is charming and has many restaurants with outdoor seating. Our room had a twin bed with a sleeper sofa. It was priced okay but was a little small for a family of three. However we did not mind that for a one night stay. The restaurant next door is excellent and convenient. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I loved Lou, she was very helpful to us and helped with our delayed luggage...

"The first-floor bathroom smelled terrible, and the odour permeated the entire room. I reported the issue to the staff and asked for their assistance. I believe they simply sprayed some air freshener, but the problem persisted. We were exhausted from following up further."

"J'ai pris 2 nuit horrible dans une chambre sans climatisation, alors que a l'accueil il y a la climatisation, le deuxième jour j'apprends que je dois moi même vider mes poubelles avant de partir sois j'aurais des frais . Ventilateur sale avec beaucoup de poussière, Des rideaux pas du tout discret tout les gens te vois dehors. "Das Hotel ist sehr sauber. Der Blick auf den Hafen ist sehr schön. Ich habe die Aussicht geliebt! Der Geräuschpegel ist zwar hoch, wenn man jedoch das Fenster zu macht, hört man nichts. Die Lage ist sehr gut, ich bin alleine gereist und habe mich sehr sicher gefühlt. Ich würde das Hotel weiterempfehlen!"

"The rooms are clean and spacious, and the pool is nice, but this hotel is terribly located and over-priced. There are no restaurants or sights within walking distance, and it’s still a 25 minute drive to the airport. Since the hotel restaurant was closed for a group event the night we were there, we walked around trying to find somewhere to eat, but the neighbourhood did not feel safe at night. We ended up just ordering Uber Eats. Breakfast was not included and was expensive, but we had no other...

"We got to Marseille at 1:30 am, this hotel is right by the train/bus station, loved it, super clean, spacious, everyone very helpful, the breakfast everything fresh and straight from the bakery, I wish we could’ve stayed longer, I will definitely come back to this hotel. Mercí!"
