TV wasn't working, it was a very long driving day and we had gone to bed and wanted to relax. Maintenance and staff came and moved out dresser and after about 20 minutes tv was fixed. "Fortunately, the staff was kind and moved me to another room. First room had the ceiling falling apart above the shower and a broken AC The door lock system functioned, but was missing the lock plate on the door jam Looks like they’re needing a renovation of the facility"

"If you’re looking for cheap and don’t mind mold in the shower it’s ok. Dont like the fact that they won’t go out of their way to provide breakfast to guest that have the book out before 8am. They could at the very least give you a muffin, fruit or something."

"My friends and I were visiting the town for a graduation weekend. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The room was well maintained and breakfast was good. The check in and out process were smooth. My only issue (and unfortunately this is common in many hotels) was that you could hear basically everything that happens outside your room. Nevertheless, I would recommend for short stays."

"They offered Free laundry machines to their guests. Mary, the weekend breakfast server/worker was so sweet!!!!! Missed her during the week. The room cleaners/service personnel were nice as well when we needed extra items from their carts. The front desk, Dan for 1, personnel were nice as well and helpful. I will stay here again when I come to Syracuse again!"
