"I actually thought this was a new hotel but when I asked the girl at the front desk she said it was 8 years old. It certainly looked new, smelled very clean and everything was maintained so well. The beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if I ever came back to Asheville."

"I have never in my life received a worse attitude than anyone working a front desk than one of the people at this hotel. I am appalled. Also, they do not speak to their reservation team. I called twice to book a separate one night stay. I was told it was paid in full twice by the reservation team. I got to the hotel where they charged me AGAIN. "The room was clean, hotel was of acceptable quality. The carpets and bathrooms while clean show age.
The one big complaint is that the elevator motor was in the basement where a lot of rooms are subject to an old laboring motor which is very noisy. Asheville has a lot of tourists and that elevator is active up to 2:00am.
Basement windows point to the parking lot so lights from cars are straight into windows. I’d request a room on the 4th or 5th floor if you can."

"From the moment we walked in we were greeted by friendly staff. Check in was very easy and they even offered to share some good places to eat. The room was very very clean. We stayed 5 nights and this was one of the best hotels I have stayed at. It is on a busy road with lots of traffic but also is very easy to get to the Biltmore Estate that we wanted to tour. Can’t wait to come back here again."

"The website did not say that the pool and patio were closed for maintenance. I specifically looked for a hotel with a nice pool and outdoor seating area. To realize it would be closed all five days of our stay was very disappointing.
The barking dogs were very annoying. I understand that I chose a pet friendly hotel; however, constant barking for three plus hours was not acceptable."
