"Central location near down town kelowna. Only minor complaint is, the beds were softer than I perfer. Nice and safe underground parking, helpful staff, good breakfast options."

"Misleading photos. Staff sit at the ground floor level and buzz anyone in. Random people roam the halls. The bed and pillows were the cheapest, most uncomfortable I have ever encountered in a hotel. The pool was fine but the whole thing just had a really depressed, depreciated, unsafe feel. The AC was controlled centrally and the temperature sensor didn't work. Weirder still they kept pumping in hot air even though it was actually fairly cool outside, so we were trying to use the AC to offset the unnecessarily high heating. The whole thing was grim and depressing. We left early."

"Overnight stay coming back from Mexico. Great service again and the shuttle is very useful. "

"The difference between 6 months ago till now is incredible, it’s so run down and so many sketchy people around. Was arriving back from my friends birthday party and there was an unmarked car and a guy with a hood on driving and he wound up stopping and he claimed he was security. The bed was like sleeping on a board and the pillows were way over stuffed. There was only one lady at the desk when I checked in and a guy arrived after me and tried to budge in front. I made sure to say that I was next. She didn’t see me prior. Maybe two people for check ins? I wouldn’t recommend this hotel and won’t be staying here next visit. Forgot to mention the noise alone from the surroundings is really loud. This place needs a major upgrade. "

"Was just there for a few hours before my flight at 8 am so really did not get a chance to sample the amentities. I was upgaded to a suite. Very nice comfortable bed."
