"Very disappointing experience. I booked this stay for my elderly parents so they could relax for two nights. I chose the property based on the location shown on Expedia’s map, but on arrival they were told their accommodation was actually in Upper Village, at a different location. Their room was at the far end of the building, one elevator was broken, and the room was full of flies. "Everything was great. Lots of room for everyone. The place was as advertised. We really enjoyed the hot tub. The room was clean and everything worked as it should. There is about a five minute drive to the Fernie Alpine resort. "

"The property was very clean but we did have trouble with the cooling system and reaching a comfortable temperature for our preference. The host was extremely nice and quick to respond. We did need cream and sugar for our coffee, and perhaps more coffee had we had cream and sugar but the host did offer to reimburse us if we purchased any.
