"Very spacious King corner room with balcony over the water. Comfortable beds, very clean, mini fridge is quite big and handy for storing food items, balcony lovely for morning coffee. Excellent location, next door to a small market, and just a 5 min walk to train station with a Safeway, Shoppers, and many restaurants. Only lost one star because sound proofing not the best, we could hear the next room’s television until 1:30 am (don’t think it was really that loud) and there is a TikiBar next...

"The room was small, but renovated and clean. The bed was a little hard for me. I was only staying for one night so location wasn’t critical for me. However, the Waldorf is far enough away from E. Hastings to feel safe, but still close enough that it’s not comfortable for venturing too far on my own. All in all, I think the Waldorf has done a wonderful job of creating safety and security in their hotel."

"Check your room ac filter. Ours was very dirty. Wish there was a separate hotel shuttle to Canada Place. Get a Costco membership before your stay. It’s right across the street. Cheap fast food is available. Hotel staff were truly excellent. They even provided free distilled water upon request. Breakfast was great. Plenty of food/drink choices. Room was also great. Room service provided every other day. Landsea Tours will pick you up in front of hotel. Overall - great room and staff....

"It is a decent hotel. It is clean but not 5 stars clean. We stayed for 2 nights.We didn't ask for cleaning and new towel but we would had appreciated if they took at least the trash.
From 3 keys only one worked initially, I know it could happen...but it needed two trips to reception to have them fix..
I know these were small things but they make the difference between 4 and 5 stars...Also, for the room price I expected more...I got better things from another 3 stars hotel at a lower price, but...

"The property looked run down from the outside but my room was clean, comfortable and quiet. I appreciated the free breakfast and the location close to YVR and the park. The only concern I had was the shuttle: I had reserved my spot the night before and the shuttle was a little late and the driver barely waited for passengers- he was on and off the property in less than a minute -so it would have been really easy to miss entirely if you weren’t on your toes."
