"Not one single negative thing to say about our stay. We had an unexpected stay due to a flight cancellation and decided to stay here simply due to the proximity to the airport. We were offered an upgrade to a hold room which we happily took. What a beautiful room! The beds were incredibly comfortable and cozy, the bathroom outstanding with its amazing jacuzzi tub, and awesome runway views. The lighting was also a great feature that you could set depending where you were and where you wanted...

"We stayed at the same hotel threes years ago and that is why we decided to come back. The hotel is in very bad conditions, as we arrived we had to kill a bug in the washroom. Our room view was a big garbage container at the back of the hotel where we were able to see big rats running everywhere, it was even more disturbing to realize that the breakfast room is around that area. The curtain in the room was broken, the carpet dirty, the elevator malfunctioning… We were actually surprised to see...

"Lovely stay, clean room, it had everything I needed. I would point out that for a night-time check-in, it took far too long. The front desk needs the ability to check-in customers quickly. The man at the front desk was very friendly and kind, but no one checking in at 1:00 AM wants a 30-minute check-in. I was exhausted from a late-arrival plane ride and just needed to get to my room to get some sleep. Management may need to rethink their new complicated system."

"I generally don’t leave poor reviews but our experience at this place was nothing short of horrid. First, we were offered a room that reeked of urine (pet friendly room). When I asked the staff to come to the room and inspect the smell he said it was the smell of the disinfectant that they use. It was not. It was a strong smell of urine.
Then we were told that had we not brought a pet with us we would have been moved to a non-pet friendly room but otherwise they had only one other room...
