The staff are extremely kind, polite, and always ready to help. The spa service was one of the highlights, so relaxing and well done. I also loved that they had Indian food options on the menu, which made things even more comfortable. A big shoutout to Nanda, Karisma, and Koning for making the experience so memorable. "Everything was near perfect. Except the toilet had a very bad odour. The hotel tried their best to appease my wife and me. On the last night offered to upgrade is to a suite - unfortunately it was too late. They should have dinner so at the time of our check-in when I requested an upgrade as part of our VIP package entitlement! According to them "the hotel is full". I wonder how the suite was available? But I must add that the staff were very good, extremely polite and helpful."

"Value for money. We stayed for 5 nights. The rooms are nice and clean. The location is good just off the main road so it's not noisy but close to all the main features in Ubud. The staff are exceptional, their hospitality, friendliness and helpfulness are first class. The breakfast every morning was made to order and delicious 😋. I definitely recommend the Swahita."
