"I thought since checking out was at 12 at noon then checking in would be the same time but it was at 3 o'clock in the afternoon . The staff we're great and very nice . The bathroom in our room didn't have a fan so that was unusual . On television i wasn't able to download any of my streaming services so i could order a movie or watch something i wanted . With having to work everyday and having somewhere to be for the weekend it would be nice to sleep in so why is it a problem with having breakfast or lunch until 3 or maybe even 5 o'clock in the evening ? But other than that very clean and the staff are very kind and caring . Thank you for everything !"

"From beginning to end Omni Bedford Springs was outstanding at every turn. Every nook and cranny was spotless, the SPA and the staff were welcoming, inviting, calm, and professional. The room was lovely, the porches were relaxing. The food at the coffee cafe was fresh, dinner at The Crystal Room was refined, elegant and delectable. The tavern was perfect fr a lazy afternoon meal. Concierge was fast, knowledge and thorough. I will return year after year and try other Omni Resorts! What a treat! Thank you! "
