"When proximity to Rt. 93 and low price are the greatest selling points, you can tell the Park View Inn doesn't offer much. The property has seen better days. A "premium room" offers tired furniture, cracking wallpaper, and a delaminating bathroom mirror. On a positive note, it is clean and it looks ok from the outside. I have stayed at the Park View in the past, but I won't be returning."

"000/10
I don't recommend staying there. We arrived early in the morning and the person who attended us charged us extra for staying in a non-smoking room when I specifically chose it that way. So they are misleading ads because they put the rooms as non-smoking and when you get to the counter it's something else. When we entered the room the bathroom was disgusting, yellow towels, there was no soap and they didn't change the towels either. Horrible experience, I don't recommend it"

"No hot water apparently a long standing issue with this place. The rooms in the pool area have chronic claustrophobia. The house staff know of the hot water problem. Two turtles are brutally in carcerated in the office area;for satisfying Feng shui go elsewhere. My wife contained me from complaining about the situation Surely other guys were encouraged to explode,,,"
