"Weeks before our trip I chatted with someone online and then proceeded to call the front desk of the property to find out if there was self-laundry (something very important to us since we were coming in the afternoon, after 2 weeks traveling and leaving the next day for a 4 day safari). "The hotel is clean, beds are comfortable, and hotel was quiet. The breakfast staff are exceptional !!! They were friendly , helpful, huge smiles, and amazing. They even allowed me an early packed breakfast so that I could attend a scheduled tour and have food ! The front desk staff was helpful as well. Only negative is the restaurant/ bar were closed, creating g a need to Uber food after breakfast."

"Hotel arranged airport transfer was a let down Driver was hidden away an nearly missed finding him , journey was very uncomfortable by dark circuitous route and very poor driving - shooting red lights etc. Hotel was overrun with unsupervised school children playing with lifts and causing delays of up to 30 minutes to get an elevator. No hot water for morning shower and a lack of genuine concern on the part of management to remedy any of the above. "
