"Whatever I say about this property wouldn't suffice. I looked hard for a negative and couldn't find one thing lacking. We were left comparing this property to a 5 star property in Paris, and this property was much beyond even that! Comfortable, convenient, fantastic staff, drop dead gorgeous property, excellent amenities. Yes, it's heavy on the tab, but you feel like it worth every $ you spend. We stayed here at the end of our trip and it was a nice way to treat ourselves before the long...

"Bed pillows too small and skinny"

"The hotel itself was beautiful. Our room was comfortable but the location was unacceptable. We had a first floor room that opened to a courtyard where bikes were stored. Our checkout experience was also unacceptable. Despite paying ahead of time they attempted to charge us again for the room and at a different rate."

"The room was spacious, clean and just all around perfect! We had the most amazing time, the shower was huge, as was the bed. The amenities was fantastic! Robes, slippers, speaker mini bar the whole 9 yards! Would absolutely recommend for couples and without a shadow of a doubt be back!! 11 out of 10!!!"

"This is a hidden gem / 'Speakeasy'. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff & owners were gracious and accommodating. The cocktail bar was unique and inviting. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The air conditioning worked well and the WiFi was strong. The area is easy to get to from the metro or central train station - very walkable. Highly recommend!"

"Had a junior suite - very nice. Clean and plenty of room. Nice little balcony. Very central location. Inside the hotel was nice and staff was outstanding. Outside the property / the side walks are pretty dirty and the area is very busy. Felt safe though. While waiting for our car service outside, the front desk staff kept coming out and checking in with us. She was so nice."
