"It is a vey nice hotel. The only thing I do not understand is why the last entry for the breakfast is 9:00am. That is very unusual while we can stay inside the restaurant until 10:00am. The 9:00am is a bit early for those who are on vacation especially Taipei is full of night activities. The staff is very polite and helpful. The hot spring available inside the room is nice especially if you love to lie down in the bathtub to enjoy the moment of relaxation."

"The hotel is situated in a hidden spot that is not convienet to access. The picture is kind of illusive for external view. The property and rooms are clean, the staff very helpfull, but amenties like no chair in rooms, no dining are for breakfast. Renovations are needed in elevator floor and other areas. The price for what you get is about $20 us higher than it should be."

"The staffs were very nice and helpful. The normal check in time for this hotel was 6:00 pm. We arrived the hotel at 1:00 pm. The staff asked us to come back at 2:00 pm for a complimentary afternoon tea time. Although foods were simple, but at least we had a place to rest for early arrival flight at 4:00 am. And we got one hour early to check into our room which was small but clean and neat.
We liked the buffet breakfast which was included. We stayed for two nights, and two breakfasts...

"Rooms were large, comfortable, and the giant spring water soaking tubs in each room were fantastic. Decor is only slightly dated but in a regal way. I only had one minor issue seeing a small roach in the bathroom at 4am the day after I arrived. However after allowing the cleaning service for subsequent days, and ensuring no garbage was left in the room the situation did not repeat itself."
