"Perfect stay for our anniversary, they held our bags as we checked in early and showed us to the hotspring and spa facilities. There were indoor and outdoor springs with sauna and steam room in an onsen style setting. Our room had its own hotspring tub. We received a bottle of wine as a courtesy along with assorted bon bons. The Chinese restaurant was delicious and it was an easy walk to the hot spring river. Excellent stay."

"Facilities quite new and very clean, staff very friendly and helpful, a must stay at Xin Beitou if you have children, as children are not allowed to enter public onsen at lvl 1, but they can enjoy the private one within the room. We all enjoyed the facilities there!!! Thanks to the staffs and hotel!!!!"

"The pool was beautiful. The National Park was easy access via local busses and shuttle busses. The park is absolutely stunning. The room was clean. The reception did not explain how to access the hot springs well. I had to ask other guests and/or the lifeguard. The restaurant dinner and breakfast was good although the coffee machine was broken. "

"The staff let us know they upgraded our room upon checking in which was great. Our room now came with an outdoor bath for soaking in the hot spring water. I didn’t love the way the bathroom was designed, especially for showering. The drain for the shower was in the middle of the bathroom with no border around it to stop the water from going under the sink area or close to the toilet so we ended up with a very wet bathroom floor after everyone showered. The rooms were nice and the living room had a unique design that we enjoyed. "
