"Pros: We arrived early because we weren’t sure how long it would take us to get there from the airport and they were able to let us check in early. Very clean room, great little pool (water was really cold which would be fantastic on a really hot day), lots of wildlife (lizards/iguanas, squirrels, birds and butterflies), and very kind, patient and accommodating staff. "The room was excellent. Loved that every cabin had a little porch on the front on which the guests could relax. I came to the beach resort to finally have some days without hiking or exploring and it was perfect for getting away from the crowds that exist elsewhere in Costa Rica. It felt like the beach was private. There enough other guests there to keep any lonely vibes away but it was so peaceful. You can hear the constant sound of waves from the beachfront rooms and it's amazing. Very nice...

"I arrived early to the property and I had to wait approximately 20 minutes until room was ready unfortunately the desk manager delayed to inform me that the room was ready. I took it upon myself to check the room and it was ready 10 minutes ago after waiting 30 minutes. The manager was very rude and insensitive to a guest just arriving to another country expecting high expectations. Secondly upon check out the front desk tried to charge me with additional guest fees which was not a problem but...
