"Beware of the mandatory $50 valet parking charge. There was no one at the valet stand, so I parked myself, and then got yelled at by the front desk manager. They could not find the valet guy at all during my entire check-in experience. The front desk guy would not let me keep my keys and insisted on turning in the keys for a valet ticket that he had to go out and get. The TV channels didn’t work on the satellite TV. The shower was warm, then scalding hot, then frigid cold."

"Service was terrible. I woke up early in the morning and discovered the coffee maker did not work. I tried to call the front desk three times over a 30 minute period and no one answered. Finally my call was answered and they said someone would bring a replacement but after 30 minutes no one came. I called again and a different person answered and said she knew nothing about my earlier request and would send someone immediately but again no one showed up. When I mentioned it at the front desk...

"A very generous sized room which was very welcomed after our flight as a family. Free shuttle only taking a few minutes was excellent. Staff on Check-in as well as in the Brasserie at Breakfast again excellent. Use of the gym for a morning run and outside games for children by the pool helps with amusing them in between long flights. Would definitely stay again"
