"Nice newly remodeled room, had a mini fridge and comfortable bed"

"Picked this place because it was rated 8+ on Expedia. Place is kept clean on the inside. Outside there grass and weeds are taking over, no one to mow the grass. Rooms, I have noticed that some towels are worn out the tv guide that is printed shows HBO (multiple channels) TV in the room doesn't have HBO. There are no premium channels. Tv is so unfriendly that you can't even switch inputs if you had your own device. Wifi connection was very unstable and slow. Breakfast was also basic. I just...

Room service for cleaning was on-and-off: they left a “we honored your no-privacy sign” card on our door and did not clean our room despite us not leaving a no-privacy sign on."

The hot tub had very old yellow caution tape across it; it had been like that for a long time, yet the amenities list a hot tub, which we use when we have hotel stays. The pool surface is old and worn. We complained, and they moved us to a room with a jetted tub. The tub was so large that we kept sliding down. "Location was good and it was quiet. Not the fanciest hotel but it was good for a home base while sightseeing and doing other activities. There is a nice lobby that you can have small gathering. The staff was very nice and helpful. We will go back again."
