"Arrival - Hotel sent a cab which was very small, so when they say sedan it is a small sedan. If you have more luggage opt for the big car. The driver was polite and helpful. Check-in- Very quick and easy. Nothing Special. Most of the Hotel staff knows Russian but very few speak English. The Bell boy was helpful to move luggage to room, but to reach the deluxe bldg was a bit complicated. There was no direct access from the reception. "I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. It was great value for money. We had a delicious evening meal and equally delicious breakfast. It was clean and even though it was quite basic I had everything I needed there including a nice clean pool. It’s a 5 minute walk to Belik center. It’s next to a road but it didn’t bother me because I knew about that. I shall visit again 👌"

"The property is good, the pool facilities, indoor and outdoor, the kids playing area, the animalfarm/ zoo near the hotel - was great. the food in the restaurant good. staff and service - extremely poor. it seems that all good turkish service people left the country. no ones cares about you and the way how you are being spoken to and looked at - especiallg when you try to communicate with them in English is terrible and not even 1 star level! The hotel seems to have become a hide out place...
