"The staff at this property were completely unprofessional. The rooms were average and the property could use some upgrades. The bar and grill was essentially non operational and the cleaning staff would only replenish half of the items in the room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. "

"Location of hotel excellent and room was very nice and quiet. Housekeeping service was every other day which is fine as long as the staff ensures amenities are sufficient to last for two days. We returned to room after it was cleaned to an empty paper towel, facial tissue, and hand soap dispenser, and a half roll of bathroom tissue. We had to visit the front desk three separate times to get necessary items. It is clear that hotell management’s emphasis is on efficiency to the detriment of customer service."
