"Liked the location -close to the downtown area -all within walking distance. The breakfast could be improved upon, as it is advertised to go to 10am, but most food seemed to run out by 9:30 ish. Staff and cleanliness were excellent. Be aware there is no elevator - and it is a 2 story location. Request main floor if you have heavy luggage."

"The location was great. Walking distance to the harbour and Victoria Row. The property does not look like pictures shown. Needs a paint job outside. A lot of the furniture is old and tired. We stayed in one of the basement rooms. Musty and very humid. I have a lung condition so was not very healthy. The staff were great though. Breakfast was good"

"This place is EXTREMELY overpriced. It worked out to around $300/night for a standard room with two queens. It's the old lipstick on a pig routine. They applied nice finishings over crappy bones. The soap dispenser in the bathroom fell off the wall. They were obviously in a hurry when they did it because the skipped over several small, but important, details. "Hotel is clean and location is amazing. Staff are friendly. My first disappointment was at the check in when I was told breakfast wasn’t included. When I booked the hotel, I didn’t pay attention, but considering the hotel is in a luxury category and by the price, I thought it was obvious breakfast was included. My bad!! Second disappointment.
