"There is no onsite parking available and if you are travelling by car you have to park in one of the public car parks about 300 metres from the property. The towels were thin and the rooms are small. There was no milk for tea or coffee in the room and very limited supplies of tea and coffee. I was advised that tea and coffee is available for purchase if we want more."

"We arrived at 3am and the night concierge was very helpful. The breakfast was manic and they could not cope with the number of guests food ran out and even plates ran out. The room was lovely and clean and the housekeeper she was amazing, we only saw one, a lovely dark skinned lady who was working extremely hard trying to clean all the rooms and doing so with a smile, simply amazing. On the way out we were stuck in the car park as the reception team did not tell us the code changed. Overall lovely clean hotel good service, breakfast was not good, great housekeeper."

"We had suite room 414 and it was amazing. The views out the windows were incredible. Large room comfortable bed, one of the best motel rooms I've ever stayed in."

"We stayed at this hotel for two nights and had a very disappointing experience. The staff was extremely unprofessional, and the room felt dirty and dusty throughout our stay. It was unpleasant even to take off our shoes and walk around the room in slippers. We also noticed bugs running around the room. Everything felt old, poorly maintained, and unclean. The hotel markets itself as a five-star property, but in our opinion it doesn’t come close to that standard. Our stay was very uncomfortable and left a very negative impression overall. Usually we do not write negative reviews but this time it was impossible not do it. Never recommend to anyone."
