"We love this little hotel. The owners, Erica and her daughter, Michelle, are fantastic hosts. We have our own vehicle and they have protected parking. The rooms are clean and comfortable.
It is well located on the north side of the city,
The rooms all have an outside seating area, a micro kitchen with fridge. Our only problem we have with the hotel is that they only have four rooms, which means that often they are booked out.
If you want a nice simple room, clean, family owned, especially...

"The location was great. The Casitas were nice however the property did not show as nicely as it did online . Our pillows smelled like sweat. And the restaurant across the street again did not present as nice as the reviews online. And our server that day was extremely rude, which was ironic because the sign on the door said, leave your shoes and attitude at the door. The food was OK but very limited. We did not utilize the spa or any of the pools so we can't speak to that but overall, it was a...

"The location is a short walk to the center of the city. Very quiet with a beautiful unobstructed view of the sea directly across the street……have a cup of coffee on the terrace and enjoy the breeze and sea.
The breakfast is really nice……. fresh fruit, eggs, mini pancakes and several other baked breads. Really good coffee.
Nicely appointed rooms with hot water and super thick, large and soft towels..
Ms.Deborah, the owner is super nice and can provide any information you may need to complete...

"It was my second time staying there and it has maintained its customer service at a high level. This is the best place to stay in Belize City. One of the cleanest hotels I have stayed at anywhere. Staff were great and very attentive. Treehouse was a nice place to eat but I’d recommend maybe add a special item every day only because it’s the same menu for all 3 meals everyday. Food tastes great just need variety from day to day. I will be returning to this hotel on my next visit and can’t wait to...

"This is a sweet little boutique motel right on the river. One of the oldest motels in Belize City. The patio and balcony views of the river and the boats are beautiful and historic. I truly enjoyed my stay here and plan on staying again whenever I'm in Belize city."
