Housekeeping was provided only every three days, and breakfast was included only once for the entire stay, none of which had been mentioned when we booked the hotel. "Visited in March from the US. Overall good experience. Friendly staff except for one at the reception. limited dining options. Buffet was amazing and was our default. Only one heated outdoor and an indoor pool available on winter schedule. Not worth a long trip from the US but a different flavor of 'All inclusives' compared to the Caribbean. "

"Friendly Staff, clean rooms , great amenities and lastly but most importantly great food and a lot of selections. The only thing I would criticize is the quality of the beds . Beds need replacing . And pillow selection would be good because pillows are also needs replacing. Overall I am pleased my stay and I would return back soon. "

"So much could be said about Barut Hemera. From the moment you arrive you are treated like you are visiting family. The staff are some of the warmest friendly people we have met during our travels. Attention to detail is in the DNA at Barut Hemera. For such a big facility it is difficult to find fault with anything. Spotless rooms amazing cleaning and grounds staff.
