"This hotel is bad. Room was clean and air conditioning worked, however we stayed there 11 days, and the room was cleaned only 2x for our entire stay. We switched rooms twice and we saw a dead cockroach in two rooms (one in the room we were suppose to move to and another in the room we stayed) The spa didn’t work, the restaurant was only open during breakfast, no other time was food available at hotel. Breakfasts was very basic, only boiled eggs and cold cuts, only hot food was French fries....

"Excellent accommodations and great daily activities and entertainment. Food was amazing - delicious and a great variety! Our family very much enjoyed our vacation at this resort. The only critical comment is the transportation arrangement. The hotel is good about calling a taxi for you, but taxi drivers do not use a meter. The price is set by a "manager" at a hotel entrance. It seems 30 euro is the minimum even if your destination is 10 min away. And they also ask for tips of 5 euro. This wasn't reasonable."

"The positive : we loved the food and the variety they offered. The cheese, fresh greens and veggies are fantastic. The baking was delicious. The outside of the hotel is in good shape, well maintained and looked fantastic, water park looked interesting- a child’s dream. Very children friendly facility. The negative: At least our room had water damaged floorboards, wallpaper, bathroom door, mirror frame and the minibar. As a contractor myself it was disappointing. On the beach 90% of guest were smoking in non smoking area. Lots of garbage and plastic on the beach left behind by guests. NOT ACCEPTABLE! No staff did anything against it."
