"We had a great stay and only wished we could have stayed longer. It was quiet at night, even though the hotel was very full. We arrived late for breakfast, and there were still plenty of good food choices available. We were able to watch our favourite show in our room, which was a nice bonus. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean, and the shower pressure was excellent. We would definitely come back again."

"What a great trip to Kanata. The family and I were very pleased with the amenities. Breakfast was great. Room was very spacious, we stayed in a suite. So the kids had the pull out couch that was perfect them. My wife and I enjoyed our own room with the king size bed. The only down side to the room was the mattress was to soft and pillows were soft also. Other than that the hotel was with every penny. Will definitely stay again when we are in Kanata."

In the listing/preview, it was mentioned that breakfast was available, however it was not clearly stated that it was paid and offered at a separate restaurant, not part of the hotel. This felt misleading, as many guests naturally assume “breakfast available” means included or at least on-site. For transparency and fairness, it would be helpful if the hotel clearly mentioned something like (breakfast...

"Friendly staff, self serve coffee machine in the lobby. Pleasant bartender in the downstairs lobby. Comfy beds. Good pillows. AC using fan is crazy loud though, can’t control the fan level. Have to continually turn the unit off and on by hand for some peace and quiet. There’s shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower. There liquid hand soap at the sink. Nothing else just FYI. Luckily I had my own hand lotion and shower cap, which is fine. It’s more environmentally responsible that way...
