"They charged me 150 on my coperate credit card for “cancelation” because I showed up on time but could not check in because they cannot charge 3500 hold on my company credit! Silly staff and never try to keep the customers -

Gladys was amazing I was having small talk with her and told her I was a bit cold and expressed how the thin sheets are not cutting it overnight and she offered to bring thicker blankets for a better stay! "I didn't have much interaction with the staff. I didn't need too. The only issue was the pool was down a d that was the primary reason to stay there. They offered a pool at their other location but I couldn't physically walk that far. I would have expected a discount for the inconvenience but they did not. Everything else was fine."
