"Drury is always our first choice, largely because of the evening food and amazing breakfast buffet. This time, because I had suffered a bad injury, I’m using a rolling walker to walk because I’m not released to fully bear weight. "When we arrived the lobby and desk was empty. I unloaded my luggage and waited for someone. 15 minutes later a lady showed up up from the parking lot and apologized saying there was a big sale at Kohls she couldn’t miss. Next morning there was no coffee, only 8 pieces of sausage left and a little scrambled eggs. Been traveling for forty years with my job and this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Your company is going down the tubes!"
