"Did not credit amenity deposit. Called many times. Had to dispute! Waste of time! Stayed at hotel for seven hours to sleep ONLY!"

"It was very nice and clean and quiet. However, none of the ice machines worked. It would have been nice if the staff would have let me know when I checked in so that I didn't have to check each floor to find out for myself. The breakfast was a little sad too. It might have been better advertised as continental and then be happily surprised."

"The desk staff were not very courteous and very unprofessional. The breakfast was not very good. The person at the desk was not helpful when asking questions about extra napkins and we were told the refrigerator was broken. The creamer for the coffee which needed refrigeration was left out at all times."

"Accessing the parking lot is a little tricky because you have to go behind a restaurant to get to the hotel but that is my only complaint. The rooms felt clean and quiet amd the staff was efficient and pleasant in every interaction we had. Breakfast is simple, with waffles, yogurt, and cereal but we'll stocked with expanded hours until 10 am."

"The hotel was fine for the one night we stayed. Only issue was the room smelled like cigarettes. It was clear someone has smoked in there prior. Everything else seemed maintained."

"I’ve stayed here plenty of time in which the other times were okay. But this time the room was dirty and smelled like mold and there was a strong smell coming from the drain. Worst stay ever. I couldn’t even stay there and they had no other rooms to switch me to. I reserved it for 2 nights and didn’t stay either I went to a friends house in town. I let the front desk know and they agreed the room was bad. It was damp and smelly and not clean. But they would only refund me for one day the manager...

"The room we were in was very loud. The pipes in the wall was running and making a loud noise all night."

"Wasn’t told by anyone that pool was out of order until we got there. The TV in the room was messed up and could only get a few channels and young attendant at desk said so he didn’t know how to use the remote, but she did change up the battery for it. another attendant later told us that somehow the channels got scrambled.but he did help us go watch an MLB baseball game since the lobby TV was working. The breakfast waffles tasted bad."
