"We were traveling with a small dog (six pounds) and selected the hotel based on pet friendliness. All the staff who met our dog were kind and happy to see her. The staff, in general were really very helpful and went out of their way to make the three of us welcome and comfortable. The property is well located. "We requested room service for three consecutive nights. We were away from the hotel for at least 10–16 hours each day, leaving early every morning. I returned each night and complained to the front desk because we had to request additional towels daily. Each time, I was told, “No problem, I’ll make sure it’s done tomorrow.” Unfortunately, we never received room service during the entirety of our trip."

"A beautiful and historic property that is unique and special in every way. The staff were delightful, friendly, helpful and generous. The furnishings exquisite and well maintained. There was a clean atmosphere that was a surprise given the age of the hotel, and it’s in a city that has lots of humidity where you normally would find a moldy smell there was none! Much appreciated for someone who has allergies. I wish I didn’t have such a late check-in because I wasn’t able to appreciate all that...
