"Cleanliness in my room was terrible. There was literal blood stains on the mattress cover and bed sheet. The couch in the room also had stains on it like it hadn’t been cleaned for days. Informed the front desk attendant and he tried to accommodate me into another room and upon checking the bed in that room there were hairs on bed and pillows.
