"The Grand Hyatt is AMAZING! The hotel was very clean and the staff was also amazing! The rooms are in perfect condition and the beds are super comfortable. "For the price, this hotel was mot worth it. We couldn't use the firepits all weekend due to 3 separate private events, the room AC didn't work properly, and the restaurant breakfast at the hotel was not good. The people working there were all very nice, but this place is extremely over priced. They also added on $300 at the end of our stay without ever telling us we had to pay a daily fee for parking with our 1 car at the resort. I do not recommend."

"This hotel is run down with a constant chemical smell in the hallway. Feels like a run-down hotel that high school kids and college kids would overcrowd during spring break. What a mistake staying here. On top of that they nickel and dime you to death with huge additional fees for parking , resort fee, chairs, umbrella, etc.."
