"Paid for an upgraded suite only to be told at check in - the room had never been cleaned and we were downgraded to a small room with only 2 beds for 3 adults. At first, we were offered a room with one king bed, so at least grateful for the second option. We were still charged the upgraded price and told to speak with a manager in the morning. Upon arrival to our room, our door clearly had evidence of being tampered with as shown in picture. Only to enter and find No blankets and some weird...

"Breakfast normally has one of the best offerings of a hotel breakfast, but this trip the hot breakfast had mostly empty bowls showing signs of lack of attention by staff. After fresh food was delivered, it looked like a pack of wild animals attacking prey. Would atay again but have back up breakfast plans"

"Upon arrival, the room was clean, but the King bed was broken. The King mattress had visibly deep indentations on both sides of the bed, at least 8 inches deep that went to the boxspring. When we spoke the receptionist at the desk about the matress; her response was "Sorry." Your reservation was made through Expedia, an outside party."

"This hotel can't be beat for the value. It is an attractive hotel with excellent rooms, staffed by friendly, professional, helpful people who really do care about their customers. We always feel at home there. I traveled for almost 50 years for business and my wife and I have traveled a fair bit in retirement and this Drury Inn is one of our favorite hotels. In fact, whenever we are anywhere in the Saint Louis area, this is our go to place to stay."

"Only needed a place to stay for the night and this was the perfect place. Very convenient from everywhere we wanted to go with a clean and comfortable room!"

"It was very easy to get to off the highway. The room was very clean and the floor was great for dog. The bed was comfortable. The room was lacking in decor. There was no art work on the walls or upholstered furniture. It was a little sterile but the price was right for just 1 overnight."

"This property is under active construction with taped on room numbers and construction rubble in the hallways. "

"Microwave was extremely dirty everything in the room had dust shower curtain was dirty fridge had tape holding the shelves up in it toilet took forever to flush bathroom amenities where used and some didn't have lids on them like the shower soap but the dust was the main thing it looked like the room had been vacant for months unfortunately I couldn't get my refund back or I would have left in a heartbeat"

"Carpet in the room was full of food crumbs . The TV remote didn't work. Had maintenance come to the room to fix it but you couldn't change the channels unless you were directly infront of the TV. I've stayed here a lot lately but this night was a disappointment."
