"After check-in it took 20 minutes to access one of three elevators,upon entry to room it had a foul odor,food was left in the small fridge/cooler which was off,we were gagging from the smell. After several calls to a rude associate we finally git a new room.The rooms walls are paper thin could hear normal conversations of people next door, hallway was echo noisy. Will NOT stay here again!!!"

"The front desk were nice and helpful but house keeping needs to do better . I had 2 occasions where the house keeper tries to open the door without knocking . The room was ok there was alot of ants in the rest room floor."

"The staff was great, but the iPad based TV control did not function reliably for the duration of our stay. I doubt there is anything the staff could have directly done to fix this since it seemed to be more of a hardware/software issue than one of the staff themselves. Overall a great location, the rooftop bar was gorgeous with one of the best views I’ve seen of Manhattan."

"Beautiful historic building. Very clean. The staff was helpful. The bar was nice. Only downside is there is no restauarant or breakfast or even coffee available in the hotel (there is a nice Cafe next door that you get a $10 voucher for but not ideal for early morning take off)."

"The location of the hotel was its most valuable feature. Located right in front of Lincoln Center, near Columbus Circle with high end shopping, within 1 block of Central Park, and very near a central train station - Columbus Circle. In general, this is an older hotel. Our room had a VERY small and dated bathroom. The room had poor air circulation as did many areas of the hotel. The AC blew at 65 but the cool air did not move around the room. The staff was excellent. Our room was cleaned daily;...

"We arrived earlier and wanted to leave luggages until check in time but front desk person was so kind allowing us to checkin earlier making extra time spend inside during the heat wave. Room was also clean and well air conditioned. Bed was super comfortable. Room was so quiet and no noise coming from busy nyc streets."
