Very clean. Upon booking, I informed them that I am extremely allergic to cats and dogs, so I was concerned as it is a pet friendly hotel. They offered me a room on the third floor, as the don't generally rent this floor out to people with pets. I am extremely pleased to have had no issues. Although some folks may complain that the bathroom is small, we prefer to be grateful that it is at least clean. We appreciated our stay at this hotel.

The hotel was clean. The staff were very nice. However, the hotel is way overdue for a renovation. The beds are not comfortable. The pillows are lumpy, and the place is just plain tired. It’s time for a major overhaul.

We specifically stayed here because it has a pool. Woke up and went to use it and it was closed for maintenance. This is something that should be kept up especially when its advertised. Not happy!

The room we stayed in certainly had been tidied not cleaned. Under the bed I found beer cans and ice cream wrappers. I pulled out the sofa bed to sleep on and it looked like it had never been cleaned. Crumbs everywhere, wrappers, leftovers. Overall I wasn’t impressed with the hygienic factors of our room.

We were worried because we had seen reviews that said the hotel was dirty. It wasn't. The carpet in the main areas could definitely be cleaned but the rooms themselves were very clean. We also read issues concerning staff. We found them very friendly.
