"Cindy was an amazing host who greeted us as soon as we got out of our car. She offered us hot chocolate and told us to meet her inside when we were ready. She was the nicest person you could ask for. Our room was great. The bed was very comfortable. It was quiet, and was in a great location with access to plenty of shops and restaurants. The homemade breakfast in the morning was one of the best we've ever had - fench toast casserole with blueberry. It was perfect! 10/10 would stay here again and...

"A very nice hotel. Unfortunately we were in the Victorian Room, which is on the first floor right next to the main reception area and opposite the breakfast room. It was therefore very noisy and we could not sleep, especially after 7am. Thankfully we were relocated to a quieter room after two nights there. Avoid the Victorian Room if you are a light sleeper or like to sleep in. "

The space, design, and attention to detail made it incredibly comfortable, especially traveling with our 1-year-old. Everything felt calm, private, and thoughtfully set up for a family stay. "It is hard to rest, doors make a lot of noise! Take a room far away from the ice machine people doesn’t care what time it is they will go grab that ice and make a lot of noise, kids screaming at all time it was a bad experience ! "
