"Last night in Dublin so we wanted to be close to the airport at a place with a free shuttle. Some rooms had AC & some didn’t. Unless you have a car or are willing to Uber, this is your only choice for dining. Not bad, but not great, either."

"My room was clean and the staff were nice. My dinner at the restaurant was fine. While I felt very safe inside, do not expect to walk around outside after dark, it’s not a great neighborhood. The shuttles from and then to the airport were excellent."

"Simply and old dilapidated structure. Closet door, all in general worn out. The only good thing is that one can walk to the airport terminal from it. Other than that, I would NOT recommend it. Sorry."

"We had a few issues with the room- no hot water in the morning, unable to turn off one of bedside lights other than by taking out the bulb, faulty coffee machine. However what was much more important to us was the prompt and efficient way in which the manager dealt with our problems. Five stars for that!"

"Very helpful staff checking in is quick and easy, next time I’d ask for rooms further away from the entrance doors from the hotel into the bedrooms mainly because guests seem to say they’re goodbyes there and can be a little loud this doesn’t reflect poorly with the hotel people like not having to walk down to the end of the corridor, personally I prefer end rooms as they are much quieter, good food in the bar and plenty of staff on breakfast was a bit disappointing not a lot of selection from...

Oliver and Sophie had solutions to every question or need. Iryna and Tina were some of the best waitstaff for dinner and tea service. The spa was a lovely oasis and garden of eden boxed up together.
