Hotel dekat Belmont Park

"Air conditioning in the lobby where the hotel bistro was was broken so it was quite warm there. The room we were given had a wet rug near the coffee maker and the faucet in the bathroom leaked from the fixture all over the counter. They moved us to a different room and the toilet overflowed. It was fixed by the time we returned but none of it left us with a great feeling. Probably wouldn’t stay there again."

"Hotel is located within a 8~10 walking distance from cafe’s, groceries, and casual shopping; quite convenient. Enviromental is quiet, good surrounding neighbourhoods. Ideal for business and leisurely travel lodging. I would stay there again."

"This hotel was very clean, and the check-in was very easy. The hotel rooms are very nice."

"Manny at the front desk was amazing. I left my wallet in the dining room. He grabbed it and that's Mason and returned it."

"The room was the cleanest I have ever seen in a hotel. No hair anywhere and perfectly comfortable. Christine was our housekeeper. Her and the front desk staff gave us wonderful recommendations for places to eat and to explore. We will definitely come back through again!"

"The main issue was that Expedia confirmed our reservation but the hotel did not have the reservation. They did not have any rooms available, except one, as they were under construction. That room smelled like smoke. This is the first time we have had an issue with the Expedia reservation not going through to the hotel."

"The room was not cleaned for the whole stay We were told that they only clean 2 times a week We were due on Thursday when we left We had to ask for towels The toilet did not work They gave us a plunger Had to use the public bathroom in the lobby We expect a refund"
