"While I was in the middle of showering there was the beginning of an electrical fire with the bathroom light. I immediately turned off the shower turned off the light and attempted to reach the front desk. After several unsuccessful attempts to reach the front desk I then called every other available option on the room phone trying to get someone to respond. No one in any department answered, so I was forced to go down to the lobby to get help with soap still in my hair and a towel on my head...

"The parking was HORRIBLE and we had to park in the B1 floor with no wheelchair ramp so navigating the stairs with heavy luggage was AWFUL. The breakfast buffet vouchers were bought in advance and the breakfast food was cold. The eggs were wet, the meat was cold and it was not worth $20.00. We would've have went to McDonald's across the street had we not already bought it in advance.
The bed and pillows are always comfortable and that's why I stay here but it's a lot of money for an overall...
