"Missed my flight out of Catania and needed a place to stay for one night. While I didn’t use the pool, it was what attracted me to the property online. The property is an owner occupied B&B in a very residential neighborhood, not walkable to restaurants, etc.. I was unable to connect with food delivery companies, and more importantly, cabbies to return to the airport. The host was quick showing me the room. He was initially slow answering texts. The room was spacious, but the sheets had...

"The room was clean, but nothing special. The street was very narrow with no place to walk and not convenient to get anyway, thus limiting food choices as well. The host did not provide any information for where to get public transportation or food. We arrived at the hotel at check-in time by taxi, and were stuck the rest of the day and night, with nothing more than a deli and pizzeria on a busy, narrow street with no sidewalk. My sister complained to the host via text messages. The host did try...

"Beautiful location, Bed wasn't very comfortable as it seemed to sink in the middle at a slant and the tub had some minor leaking at the base when we tried to fill it so we weren't able to use the jacuzzi. Owner was great and responsive and accommodating with bag storage and early check in."

"Great location! The host super nice! Great comunication!"

"Esperienza estremamente positiva. La proprietaria ha accolto le nostre richieste e ci ha fornito informazioni e consigli per rendere gradevole il soggiorno sui ristoranti, bar luoghi da vedere e visitare e non da ultimo sul parcheggio."

"Gaetano was an excellent host. Very friendly and you could tell he really enjoyed his job. We slept in past the breakfast hour and he ensured that breakfast was held and made available for us. The breakfast was very good. Hard boiled eggs, toast, all sorts of pastries, etc. thanks for making our first few nights in Sicily memorable."

"I reserved here last-minute due to the airport closure in Catania; the rooms are upstairs behind a blank door with an intercom. The only interaction with the property is by that intercom or by WhatsApp. No personal contact whatsoever. Room was big, bright, completely undecorated but for a large chandelier. Very sparse toiletries supplies. Location is good, although uphill, for the main pedestrian streets. Breakfast is a voucher good at a nearby chain cafe, but only for a coffee and pastry,...

"Great experience. Super responsive, friendly staff. While our room was a bit cosmetically worn out, the flaws could all be easily attended to and fixed. Room is spacious, clean, and provided all that we needed. Great location at a fair price. Suited our needs perfectly."

"Friendly and attentive staff."
