"I was double charged for my stay. I still have not received a refund. It took a hour to check me in. The key creator didn’t work, so I had no key. The microwave didn’t work and I requested twice for a repair; no response. Toilet wasn’t clean upon arrival. Found someone else’s underwear near the bed. No towels in pool area…when requested the lady said there were no towels available."

"Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Only downside was the exhaust fan couldn’t be shut off and it was extremely loud and rattled in the bathroom."

"Even though a non-smoking hotel, so many guests smoking outside, in front of the hotel meant you had to walk through a gauntlet of smoke and cigarette butts on the ground while trying to get in the hotel. That needs to be fixed. We drive an EV and the Tesla chargers were very convenient in the parking lot, for Tesla and non-Tesla (type 2 for non-Tesla). Breakfast was very disappointing. Continental breakfast with powdered eggs and unappetizing choices."

"Unfortunately, the room we were staying in, wasn’t clean very well. On the nightstand there were used nicotine pouches near the phone. There was a leftover water bottle on the floor by the desk. This is disappointing, considering there was a message next to the TV saying the room was cleaned. It didn’t completely ruin our experience or anything, but it was a bit jarring. As for the staff, the person who checked me in was nice and attentive. However, the person next to them was either...
