"Been historically hot this time around with yards and outdoor common areas showing a lot of stress; watering would have helped. Have stayed here for over 20 years--noticed this time rooms (while superficially clean) carpets were not vacuumed nor kitchen tile cleaned upon arrival. Once again, clean enough but not up to standards experienced in the past. Now a special shout out to Kim and Wes in the maintenance department for their quick response in switching out our freezer which...
