"AC is a joke , not cleaning rooms is disrespectful this place is a joke"

"The AC in the room would not go below 78 degrees all night. Did not matter what was done to it. It was hot in the room and was difficult to fall asleep. The floor in the room was sticky so not very clean. And the night staff in the lobby were rude so no help there. They forget that they are in the service business. I've seen other reviews regarding staff issues and it has not been corrected apparently. "

"The room was dusty, but other than that, it felt clean. There were 20 or so cats in the parking lot, and this is definitely a hotel people live in. There's too much to mention regarding that... Would I stay there again, probably not, but it was fine for me & my husband when we were too tired to keep driving."

"The view of the lake is beautiful. It's right across the road. The manager and staff were very kind and set me up in the kind of room I requested. It had a microwave, refrigerator and coffee pot with the coffee. The bed was very comfortable and the air worked great. I would stay there again. "

"If you want to get sleep, don’t stay here. Walls are thin. Had a couple in the next room with the TV on all night and at 530am their dogs started barking. When telling the front desk all they said was “we will let the manager know.” For over 200 a night not worth it. "
